Dr Uliana Gout

Founder & Medical Director
Dr Gout is a passionate and globally renowned clinician and educator within the field of Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Gout is a long-standing member of BCAM and has most recently served on the Board as Director of PR & Marketing, as well as a BCAM Appraiser and on the BCAM Audit Committee. Dr Gout also acts in Director and Committee roles for leading national and international congresses as well as industry associations. A passionate writer and thought-leader, she has co-authored numerous medical textbooks and publications in the field of Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr Taras Gout

Dr Taras Gout is an oculoplastic surgeon. Following ophthalmology training in the UK, he did oculoplastic fellowships in Sydney and Los Angeles. This developed his specialist interest in aesthetic surgery and procedures. Aesthetic procedures offered include anti-wrinkle treatments (such as Botox), fillers, peels, lasers, threads,and microneedling. In addition to aesthetic surgeries such asupper blepharoplasty (for hooded upper eyelids), and lower blepharoplasty (for eyebags) and ptosis surgery (for droopy upper eyelids).

LAM Clinic Team

Katie is our LAM Patient Coordinator Manager and LAM CQC Manager and always happy to answer any of your questions and assist with your bookings. She will oversee, tailor and optimise your LAM journey with us.

Weronika Gruszeczka is a skincare a skincare specialist has been a Senior Aesthetic Therapist for over 15 years, having worked in prestigious Aesthetic Clinics in Central and West London, and joined us here at LAM Clinic at the beginning of 2023. Our clients love her holistic approach to overall skin health and utter attention to detail. Weronika works closely with our Aesthetic Doctors and can deliver treatment on any part of the body, although the most common areas are the face, the neck and the decolletage.

Christine is the Front of House Coordinator at LAM. She has a background in the beauty industry, having worked several years in customer service and cosmetology roles. Along with being a licensed cosmetologist and working with haircare, skincare and cosmetics, her professional experience also includes earning her Master’s degree in Communication.

Board/Advisors

Amanda (Mandy) Cameron has worked at a senior level in medical aesthetics for more than three decades. She has a background in nursing, sales and marketing and holds the Aesthetics Journal award for ‘Lifetime Achievement in Aesthetics 2021’.

Amanda has 20 years expertise as an Operations Director of a multiple award-winning chain of national aesthetic clinics. She was instrumental in growing the chain to 11 clinics and responsible for the overall development of the business and teams.

Simon is a private equity investment operating professional specialising in business growth and transformation. He also is an angel investor and Co-Chairs the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of London.
