- One of the most recurring opinions is that the tuition fees are low considering the quality of education provided.
- Students highlight that there is an abundance of social opportunities since there are so many students, and plenty of clubs and organizations.
- The locations of the campuses are very popular, as they are all within New York City and allow students to enjoy all the advantages of living in this metropolis.

- Some students say the workload is too intense, but this depends on the student. Students are advised to make sure they take the time to relax when they can in order to keep their routine sustainable.
- Numerous students say the food provided at CUNY facilities is not fresh, and that it’s somewhat overpriced.
- Most students commute, so overnight partying is a rarity according to students. If you’re looking for the traditional college experience, this may not be the place for you.
